not satisfied, simply return your purchase within 30 days for a full
refund of the purchase price. Return the merchandise in the original
packaging with all instructions, warranties and a copy of the
invoice. Please indicate the reason for the return, this will help
us determine if there is a problem with a particular product.
Shipping charges are excluded.

products sold in this catalog also carry a manufacturers warranty.
After 30 days the manufacturers warranty applies. Exceptions: Certain
products, due to health concerns and Nevada law, cannot be accepted
for return or refund. These items are clearly designated in the
product description as a non-returnable item.

Products for Seniors does not keep credit card information on
file. We will need your credit card number with the 3 digit
code from the back of the card (4 digit from front of the card for AmEx), expiration date,
name of the card holder, and billing address to credit your account
for returned merchandise. You may provide this information by phone
or include it with the returned merchandise. Do not email credit
card information.

2) Mail in your order: Purchase your items normally through our "Shopping
Cart", go through "Checkout" and choose the "Pay

order and mail to Products for Seniors.
3) Mail in your order: If you do not want to go
through our "Shopping Cart",
use our convenient one page Order Form. You can purchase with a
credit card, check or money order. Print the form, fill in your
personal information and items purchased and mail to Products for
Seniors.
Terms and Conditions
Your use (accessing, browsing, buying, etc) of this site, productsforseniors.com, is your legal agreement to the policies,
terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to these terms, do
not use this site.
Payment Methods Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, PayPal, Money Orders, Business and Personal
Checks.
We only accept U.S. issued credit cards.
All orders must be prepaid. We do not accept purchase orders.
Shipping Methods: We ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail to all 50 states. We do
not ship outside the U.S. We do not ship to APOs or FPOs.
State Sales Tax: A 7.75% sales tax applies to purchases shipped to Nevada.
Shipping charges are included in sales tax computation.
Privacy: Customer information is confidential, for in-house
use only. Products for Seniors does not sell, lease, trade, or
distribute customer information. We require only the personal
information necessary to process your order. Only authorized
personnel have access to your personal information. Products for
Seniors does not solicit our customers. The only time we will
contact you is if there is a question regarding your order. We
utilize data encryption for your personal information and secure server technology encryption (SSL).
Damaged Goods: If you receive a shipment that has been
damaged in transit, call us immediately. Do not return damaged
merchandise without first contacting Products for Seniors. Save
the shipping carton, packing materials and merchandise for
inspection by the carrier. We will refund purchase price or reship
any items damaged in transit.
Back orders: This means items that were not in stock at the
time we shipped your order. Back ordered items will be shipped to
you as soon as we receive them. If we are unable to fill your order
within 30 days, the purchase price of the back ordered item(s) will
automatically be refunded. You can request back orders be cancelled
and receive a refund any time prior to shipment.
Shipping errors: If you receive merchandise as a result of an
Products for Seniors error, we will reimburse you for the return
shipping expense. If you decide to keep the merchandise we will bill
you for the catalog purchase price minus 25%.
Substitutions: We make every effort to ship the exact product
as pictured and described in this catalog. Occasionally, due to
product availability from our suppliers, we find it necessary to
substitute a product of equal value, quality and features to
complete the order.
Address Corrections: It is the Customers responsibility to
provide a correct and deliverable address. United Parcel Service has
a $5.00 charge if they have to make an address correction to
complete delivery. In the event the carrier makes an address
correction for a shipment in transit and Products for Seniors incurs
an additional charge for said correction, that cost may be charged to
the customer.
Drop Shipped: Items that are shipped directly from the
manufacture. Products for Seniors processes your order and then
gives only your shipping address to the supplier. We have screened
these suppliers to make sure they adhere to the same strict
standards and privacy policy as Products for Seniors. Items that are
dropped shipped are clearly marked as such.
Return Shipping: The customer may be liable for the original
Shipping Charge for attempted delivery (refused) shipments or
returns resulting from the purchaser providing an address with errors or omissions. In
instances where reimbursement for return shipping applies the amount
of reimbursement will be the actual return shipping cost or the
shipping charge on the invoice, whichever is the lesser amount.
Under no circumstances will compensation payment for return shipping
exceed the original invoice shipping charge. In instances where one
or more but not all of the items ordered are returned, the
reimbursement shall not exceed what the shipping charge would have
been for just the returned items.
